Lots of changes. But you just need to be adaptable.

Hiring too many new employees at times and sometimes not a lot of work therefore affects your utilization hours for your bonus payout.

Lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteering to give back to the community. Pay and benefits are competitive. Hybrid work model, mostly WFH with some in-person meetings, which is also awesome because the office is amazing.

I'm 3 years in and so far have no cons to complain about.

Work can be too much at times but the salary remains pretty much the same. In some departments there is favouritism too.
