- genuinely nice people both at c-suite level and junior. - opportunities to advance or learn about advancement, career growth and mentorship. - ceo is humble, shares his knowledge with entire company and for the most part is pretty transparent with everyone in company wide meetings, which is rare in other companies I’ve been at. It has been refreshing.

- average pay, so far no raise to account for inflation either. - make sure to look at ways to keep current employees else risk of high turnover.

Encourages and supports career growth, innovative company with strong leadership, great culture, and CSR initiatives. Lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteering to give back to the community. Pay and benefits are competitive. Hybrid work model, mostly WFH with some in-person meetings, which is also awesome because the office is amazing.

I'm 3 years in and so far have no cons to complain about.
