What are perks and other benefits like at Pure Barre?

clients are nice + classes are fun

work place culture, management, burnout culture, no benefits

Extremely high expectations/standards with, at times, little guidance for how to meet those standards, no HR/no one to report issues to, paid only for time physically teaching (50 mins) but not the 1-2 hrs they recommend you prep for each class, nor the time you're at the studio before/after (even though you're required to help clients set up and then encouraged to answer questions after to try to convert folks to memberships), little diversity in leadership, you have to pay for the training to be a PB instructor and it is Expensive. It's set up so you can't make a living wage teaching full time, and there aren't benefits even if you wanted to do that.

- no benefits at all whatsoever - salary are very low and you're expected to do a full management but paid barely more than a sales assistant in a store. in my case i also got 2 of the owners which were lovely, and the other ones pretty bad: disrespectful to my all staff and occasionally verbally abusive, which is why in 3 months my all staff and me included all left.
