How is management perceived at Purpose Brands?

There were many perks working for SEB. Bonuses were good, PTO was great, I enjoyed the programs for employee development. The corporate office had a great vibe. They did fun things with the employees.

My direct boss was condescending at times and I felt isolated, with very little communication from her bosses so I had no way to voice my concerns or move out from under her. My only complaint is aimed at one specific person.

- most roles aren't getting paid market value - there is no peer review process in place - lack of unification in management

Unlimited PTO. A degree of caring management. Great teammates. This list used to be bigger, but it’s unfortunately tipping the scales the wrong way as the years go on.

The new CEO and the merger with OrangeTheory have sent the company in the wrong direction. The flexibility that used to be so great has lessened. The hybrid remote environment no longer exists. The long-standing employees that cared for the original message of the company have either quit or been forced out. It’s a sad change to see, and I don’t foresee things getting better.
