Pros
The benefits are the best, pay is NEVER late, the management is just simply awesome, and the culture feels like family.
Cons
None that I can think of.
Pros
You should join REVA Global because it offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development. The company specializes in virtual assistance, allowing you to work remotely with flexibility while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. REVA Global also provides training and resources to enhance your skills, making it a great place to build your career. Additionally, being part of a global team gives you exposure to diverse clients and industries, helping you gain valuable experience.
Cons
Time Zone Differences: Since the company serves global clients, you might need to adjust to different time zones, which can affect your schedule. Despite this potential challenges, many still find REVA Global’s benefits, such as flexibility and career growth, to outweigh the downsides.
Pros
Work from home is one of the main reason I stayed with Reva plus the benefits are amazing. Happy to say I've been with the company for 6 years.
Cons
I dont see any cons all are good
Pros
The company excels in providing consistent support, equipping VAs with the tools and guidance they need to thrive in their roles. The permanent work-from-home setup is a significant benefit, enabling me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The management team is approachable and fosters a culture of open communication, always providing valuable and constructive feedback. What truly sets the company apart is its positive culture and collaborative environment. Colleagues are supportive and welcoming, and there’s a genuine sense of teamwork that shines through, even in a virtual workspace.
Cons
Room for More Benefits: The current compensation is fair, but adding more perks, like additional bonuses or wellness programs, would make the package even more competitive.
Pros
We have paid training and time off. HMO for you, and 1 dependent. Support system.
Cons
- You will receive only one raise while with the company. Any salary increase from a client is voluntary. If you lose the client, you will also lose the raise. - The HMO benefits can be used for a single beneficiary. - Most of our clients are new to real estate. It is common for a VA to have different clients in a given year or over the years due to the short duration that many clients stay with the company.
Pros
Before I applied with the company, I've been researching and checking testimonials from employees and one thing that caught my attention is the stability. I like how they value each member of the company. No wonder a friend of mine have been working with REVA for 3-4 years already. The management is approachable as well. And of course the advantage of working from home and how they value work life balance.
Cons
I believe REVA can do more when it comes to compensation and benefits. The competition of different VA Companies now, I would say REVA could offer Health Insurance to their employees at day 1. That's my downside with REVA, you can get your insurance once you are 6 months active with a client. The pay is also low compare to others. Although there is an increase after 6 months but not much.
Pros
REVA has been great as an employer, supports are hit or miss, however, they have a great culture and pay is always on time, if not, earlier than expected. Has PTO benefits and HMO and year-end parties.
Cons
Pay is mid, can't expect a bonus or an increase from the company unless the Client has initiated the increase. PTO terms aren't enjoyable because they follow a rule wherein, you CANNOT file your time-off next to a holiday/critical working day ( to make sure the client is still supported) even if the client does encourage freelancers to take a leave for such days. EOD/SOD trackers are time-consuming, every time clocking in, even if they have a Portal for it, you would still have to send an email and a formal chat that you had logged in/out.
