- no social benefits like health insurance, sports becasue the company in Poland doesn't employ on a work contract basis but contract of mandate or B2B to save taxes; - bad management with lack of leadership quaitilies; - management wants to hire either consultants from Big 4 or hunt for people from competition companies, lack of interest in promoting high-performing employees; - unclear career path. Overdelivering goals and excellent results on bi-annual rewievs don't mean an employee will get a promotion. - salary raise is discretionary and doesn't depend on bi-annual performance review results. Salary raise is only possible if an employee gets promoted (but see above - career path is not clear).
