Pros
Good work from home flexibility
Cons
Poor management, lack of advancing career opportunities
Pros
I have been working at the company for over four years, and the positive points are: - A respectful and pleasant place to work; - The company promotes a good work-life balance; - Colleagues are experts in their activities; - The product is amazing and truly a market leader; - The company offers great benefits and salary; - You will have all the necessary tools for your work.
Cons
Negative points: - The company is very rigid in its processes. You are "stuck" within your activities and cannot do more for the company simply because you hear many "no's" when you want to expand your role; - The structure is small with few growth opportunities. You will receive promotions that change nothing but salary and title, making you feel outdated in the job market; - Even though the atmosphere is good and respectful, internal communication and the human resources team are very weak. There is no sense of belonging to the company, and it feels like everyone is there just for a paycheck.
Pros
Interview Process: The interview process was seamless and professional. The HR team was very responsive and provided clear guidance throughout each stage. The technical interviews were challenging yet fair, ensuring that the right fit is found for the team. Onboarding: The onboarding experience was exceptional. I was given a comprehensive introduction to the company, its culture, and my role. Training: The training programs at RTB House are top-notch. There are numerous opportunities for continuous learning and professional development. The company invests heavily in training its employees, offering workshops, online courses. Work Environment: The work culture at RTB House is fantastic. The team is collaborative, supportive, and innovative. There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and the company promotes a healthy and inclusive workplace. Career Growth: There are ample opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Cons
Everything is good at the moment. The only con is that salary hikes are typically only given at the time of promotion, with no annual revisions. It would be great if there were more frequent salary reviews to reflect ongoing performance and market standards.
Pros
Nice atmosphere, no over hours
Cons
TAM career path is very limited
Pros
Great people, many who are super bright and bring a positive challenge. I would write a lot more but it is not 2023 anymore when things were still great.
Cons
No recognition and no pay rise. But also a lot depends on your manager - I had bad luck of getting one that absolutely does not care about the people in own management line. The company is mostly thinking only about money, does not really care about the people in general. Recent months were full of situations in which many great people left because they have had enough and they were often treated as if they did something wrong because apparently you can leave only when fired. I am also looking for a new job, as it is just insufferable to be treated the way I am while delivering a lot of value. Used to be a really great place I was happy to recommend but it is all in the past. Also - no promotion paths for many of the company areas.
Pros
the only pro is the remote/hybrid option
Cons
-toxic environment, zero respect and recognition for employees especially the ones not based in Poland, promotions are given to people who not deserve them while good employees are not given any opportunity for growth, the management of the project I was working on was is fully incompetent, constantly accusing employees for their own mistakes, micromanage and forcing employees to resign with their toxic behavior They claim to that the employee gives their consent regarding their KPIS but this is not the case since the can assign you whatever they want, zero growth in many years, rude managers that they will demean you everyday until they make you feel that you walk on eggshells everyday and destroy your mental health, lack of transparency, will not provide the means to do your job and then accuse you for it, HR will basically tell you to shut up at take it
Pros
Clear interface between TAMs and Account Managers, which many adtech companies haven’t figured out. Access to substantial, interesting clients.
Cons
The TAM role keeps expanding without a clear conversation about trade-offs. Meaningful shifts in day-to-day responsibilities land without transparency on capacity or long-term role design. Career progression beyond TAM is not clearly mapped, and the next-step conversation tends to happen late, which pushes technically strong people to look externally. TAMs end up as the compensating control for product-side gaps. TAM vs. AM recognition is asymmetric: technical accountability sits with TAMs, commercial visibility and comp structure tilt toward AMs.
Pros
- WLB is really good, no expectations to do overtime - Product is actually good, and can perfom, but... - Compensation is above average for the industry
Cons
- HQ influence is very strong, so many direction are HQ led, even when its not suitable for other regions. - While product is good, there's only 1 product. So Growth is challenging. - Career path is limited if you not from HQ
Pros
working in HQ where the decisions are made remote/hybrid
Cons
annual vacation is only 18 days career opportunities are not transparent
Pros
Flexibiity, culture, prospects, career path,
Cons
nothing to say on this section
