You get solid benefits here including a lot of PTO and sick time.

The benefits were amazing the culture was phenomenal and the corporation itself was great. I’ve worked for many big name hospitals and this one was the best. I wish I didn’t have to move out of state or I would’ve stayed with them for the entirety of my career. I loved my time with RWJ. The doctors were truly amazing and the staff I now get to call friends were equally phenomenal.

The pay was awful but the culture made up for it.
