What is the salary like at RWJBarnabas Health?

Good pay, good benefits (minus 401K match which is pathetic at 0.5%)

Terrible upper management, expects you to read minds and do things correctly without any Standard operating procedures or guidance. When you can not read their mind they get upset. When you speak up about conflicts they are shut down and you are made to be the problem. I have a laundry list of things wrong with this company but I don't think I have the room to express them all here, would not recommend this company

toxic doctors, toxic nurses, old people that refuse to retire, having to do more work than people been there for a while
