      Pros

Full remote work. Massive learning opportunity and growth. Very diverse work. Some members of my team are greatly supportive. Great exposure to luxury projects.

      Cons

Overtime, overtime and more overtime. Very high staff turnover. Verbal abuse from directors. Feels less like a team and more like “fending for yourself” (marketing team). Because of high staff turnover and large amounts of work, the people who stay have to pick up the slack, and are generally burnt out, overloaded or distressed.
