BDs often upsell the product and overpromise merchants. If you are not in sales, likely you'll have to manage merchants' unhappiness.

Management lacks proper direction, office politics and favors, incompetent HODs, a language barrier for the product team from Taiwan, unreasonable KPI, HR forced to come to the office when they offered a flexible working arrangement at the start, and the office being too small (one floor only).
