Pros
Cool people who put in the work, great benefits, and looks amazing on resume
Cons
No work life balance, upper management can be toxic
Pros
The employees are all very kind and respectful to one another as well as most supervisors being understanding and not abusive of their leadership roles. 50% discount is a plus, except on collab items (i.e, NikeSkims, North Face). The pay being $26 with a potential monthly bonus is a big reason why I stayed in the first place and dealt with a lot of the cons, but it gets to a point where money is not even worth it.
Cons
Upper management issues are the downfall of this company. Not correctly scheduling others (part time employees could spend weeks without any shifts)((full time employees hours have gotten cut close to 28 hours a week compared to other months where it would usually be an average of 35-38 hours a week)), mismanagement of employee payroll (literally employees not getting paid for their work and filing complaints to HR), mistreatment of employee's religious beliefs (the removal of a dedicated prayer area that turned into a changing area), invading employees' privacy by forcing them to use clear bags to enter and exit the store, allowing for security to go through employee lockers, the inability to lead (upper management not understanding the sales floor and not efficiently finding ways to fix these issues), while demanding so much for unrealistic sales targets. Late night shifts until 11pm and some times we would be stuck until 11:30pm-12am. Inconsiderate and disrespectful and would not even greet employees who had issues that need resolving. Supervisors want to leave, full time employees are already looking for new jobs. Overall environment is terrible hence why the negative reviews about customer service. It is not an issue regarding the employees not liking their job, but rather the way that management treats the employees unfairly following illegal business practices which in turn makes employees unhappy to work there in the first place.
Pros
Benefits and pay are great. Beware of golden handcuffs.
Cons
Most toxic and unprofessional SVP’s and Directors you’ll ever encounter. Nepotism promotions and unqualified leadership who lack experience. Bullying, politics, disrespect, finger pointing, and minimal to no support and collaboration between teams. No thoughtful decision making nor strategizing on creative vision causing all non managers to chase goal posts that keep moving. Everyone works late nights and weekends. Lack of proper processes for a company of this scale.
Pros
great team and community, great leadership
Cons
late hours, highly stressful at times
Pros
- good benefits for full time - 50% discount on almost all items
Cons
- bad company to work for - upper management doesn't care about employees & ignores concerns raised
Pros
Product discounts, remote work, good leadership and training
Cons
They have let go of all CSR in the u.s and hired their team oversea's

Pros
- 50% off - Some flexibility in schedule
Cons
- Upper leadership does not care about employees - Greedy - Hostile and toxic work environment
Pros
The people. I started there when the company was still fresh and in start-up mode and we operated as a family. Everyone helped everyone. I looked forward to work every day.
Cons
As the company grew and new management took over, they almost punished those of us who had been there from the beginning. My manager wanted me to readjust to 'his way' of doing things right away after I had already been there for 3 almost 4 years doing the process of my every day the same way. He micromanaged, would tell me I was doing a great job, give me more responsibility, but then behind my back tell other people in other departments and people in my department the opposite. Instead of being professional, he would make everything personal and made it miserable to work. While my supervisor was away on maternity leave, he took that as his opportunity to get rid of me. I was getting all my work done, was being given more responsibilities, was getting great feedback during my reviews with my management, but he fired me with no reason as to why. It so disappointing going from loving your job everyday for almost 4 years to someone new taking over and them deciding they don't like you as a person and take that out on you professionally within the first few months of them being in leadership.
Pros
* Nice clean office * Semi-covered catering provided
Cons
* Toxic leadership * Pro-Israel jargon * Poor product, company won't admit to locations (factories) things are made in * Stuffy corporate hierarchy * Lots of HR write-ups * Very high attrition-rate
