Cons
Management does not care about its employees or work/life balance. They only care about pleasing upper management. They overload you with tasks way outside of what your job or position entails. They take advantage of you by paying you lower when you’re actually doing what a higher paid position would do. There is no employee development or training. Benefits could also be better. Save your sanity and work elsewhere.
