Worked 2 years here. Perfect quality reviews, did everything and anything management asked me to do. HOWEVER, you are not "selling" anything here... You are doing a quick pitch and then you TELL the person you will transfer them to a senior... You are encouraged to transfer as quickly as possible to avoid the contact telling you "no", and you'll be penalized if the senior doesn't close the sale
So after my 2 years of strict adherence to script, performance improvement plans, and all guidance, I was terminated due to the lack of Senior reps closing my successful transfers
So if you work here, EXPECT to get fired. The management strategy is apparently to recruit fresh faces, burn them out, and then replace them with new ones
