Lacked significant structure. Leadership did not always walk the talk. Favoritism led to it's demise.

The best part of the job was the people I worked with. The overall culture in the building was very comfortable. The benefits package was good when you got to work directly for the company.

The company was sold and operations were moved to other states. They only retained the sites that were off shore from the contiguous US.

You get paid 16.50 and 19.50 after 6 and on the weekends but they will absolutely not allow overtime. The amount of work and they pay don't add up. People quit everyday, in a class of 46 people on 3 of us left. Thats because the callers are rude and nasty and the management write you up for any liitle thing. They have bed bugs at 1555 spillman drive location, management know has an osha violation and does nothing. They also don't care about there employees as far as work life balance or the verbal abuse by customers. and the manager melissa thinks shes better than everyone and will speak to you as such even tho she looks like a troll. If you need a job its a quick hire. However 9/10 you will quit withing your 3-6 months.
