Pros
Good management working style very nice
Cons
No work life balance. Work too much
Pros
- Alright pay and bonus. - Coworkers were mostly nice
Cons
Do not even bother looking for a job here if you are not chinese. -everything is conducted in mandarin with no consideration for non-speakers of the language -even customers speak to you in mandarin AND EXPECT YOU TO AS WELL. I have had people berate me, walk away and curse me out just because I do not. -Customers are very unkind. Sure there are some nice ones but most are just straight up rude, and you’re just expected to deal with it and suck it up. - supervisors were nice but the managers were brats. had a superiority complex. very strict and anal. - my experience working there was two extremes. for a period of time, there was absolutely no time to rest in between shifts at all. when i tell you the customers kept coming and coming THERE WAS NO TIME FOR EVEN A WATER BREAK. and then i was shifted due to festivities, and i had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO. was not allowed to use my phone, was not allowed to talk to other staff in the area. i was just expected to stare unto space for eight hours because there were barely any customers where i was stationed. -had others from different companies stationed with me and i was not even allowed to talk to them. manager was unhappy when he saw us talking even though we had nothing to do. he then confronted the staff from the other company separately, instead of addressing us both together. - strict and traditional managers who prefer top down communication. when the manager was unhappy with above problem, he did not speak to me directly and went down through the respective supervisors. this man never spoke a word to me throughout my time working there. - prioritises those who have worked longer (favouritism) -i don’t even know if 16 hour shifts are legal but the company makes the full time staff work 16 hour shifts overnight for chinese new year (its not that serious) - part timers working with me from other companies were put to unnecessary work out of their job scope because they were unhappy with them (they were promoters for other companies being forced to stock up on items not belonging to theirs) - was not allowed to take leave for school purposes. forced to take unpaid leave. (no consideration for outside commitments) however another contract staff who was the daughter of a supervisor had flexible schedules regarding school matters. she was able to work around her schedule and shift working hours when i requested that i was not allowed to. -i was also denied leave when i had an emergency doctors appointment which u had to forgo BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME TO TAKE LEAVE. -overall very inflexible and unpleasant working experience as someone with no connections in the company and a non mandarin language speaker - also they did not take action or do anything when a man kept coming back to harass me - limited break time barely thirty mins to eat - should have 15 minuted touket beeak but its frowned upon to take your full breK?? -also break room is rundown and nasty -tiring -long work hours - no work life balance - one off day only
Pros
13th month and variable bonus
Cons
Bad management, micromanagement and inflexibility.

Pros
- Good bonuses & profit-sharing. - Meals are provided (Either Lunch Or Dinner) - Some outlets, depending on chance, have friendly and supportive colleagues. - Get to experience in packing & sorting goods although it’s considered brain dead & exhausting.
Cons
- Limited meal breaks (15–30 minutes) - Lack of Mandarin proficiency makes integration difficult. - Unhealthy culture of working overtime despite it not being mandatory. - New trainees receive inadequate training unless they’re part of the inner circle. - Depending on outlet, some supervisors are toxic & will use every chance they get to pick on you while those who work closely with them is spared. - Difficult & rude customers. - Carrying heavy goods & standing all day.
Pros
- Alright pay and bonus. - Coworkers were mostly nice
