Cons
grossly understaffed and overworked pto is a joke
Pros
Best benefits and bonuses included
Cons
No pros for the company
Pros
Can't really think of any.
Cons
Terrible management Always understaffed Expected to skip breaks and not report it Underpaid, annual raise of 3% if you're lucky. Cutting OT, reducing benefits, part time hires to replace staff Keeps adding more jobs and responsibilities we don't have time for Data logging devices to track every job and location Unsafe working conditions, management doesn't seem to care
Pros
Opportunity to learn about about general aviation and ground support.
Cons
Very lackluster PTO and benefits.
Pros
Really great place to get your foot in the door in general aviation, especially if you would like to be a pilot someday. Steady hours and benefits. Overtime is often available and depending on the location tips are easy to come by if you're willing to go above and beyond. Most clients are easy going and treat you well as long as you're competent.
Cons
Management often ignores concerns, staffing issues are constant, corporate has not fixed poor recruitment strategies, equipment is often broken and not repaired/replaced in a timely manner. Very little room for professional growth unless you're there for several years. Schedule can be changed at a whim with little regard to how if affects home life.
