      I don't have anything against my company at this stage of growth. There's a huge focus on personal development, with access to learning resources and mentorship. The leadership team really invests in employees, helping them grow and succeed in their careers.

      Nothing is good they will just waste your time by taking 4-5 round of interviews and last they are not doing any Salary discussion without any discussion they will offer you anything which can be less than your current Salary either will reject you.

      Pros

      -Helpful colleagues willing to show you the ropes esp as a beginner -On salary can't complain as they have an employee provident fund which most cos don't give. -Lots to learn too which advances your skill.

      Cons

      -Pressure to complete tasks fast, ie quantity over quality. -High turnover rate of IDs/creatives, the rest of the people in other departments have low turnover rates. -Working hours should be better more so for those trying to advance themselves and pursue night time classes, a typical eight to five would be good rather than night time hours.
