One of the biggest pros is the work-life balance. Working from home makes a huge difference and allows me to manage my time better without the stress of commuting. It's comfortable, flexible, and ideal if you enjoy focused, independent work.

The only downside is working the night shift. I sometimes feel a bit left out since most activities happens during the day, but the company tries their best to include night-shift employees and makes us feel valued.

The work is now being offshored to India as much as possible, generating a lot of frustration and poor work quality. Annual salaries for most skilled positions (engineering, software development, infrastructure, and management) are under the market rate by tens of thousands of dollars. Great place to work if you need a place to make mistakes and get experience, but expect to work a lot of nights and weekends alongside other inexperienced employees who are in positions over their head, and get burned out along with everyone else at the company. Most people who have enough experience and up leaving and finding a better place to work. To give you an idea of the degree of cost consciousness, consider this: rather than hire a team of help desk employees, they use a virtual pager that is only answered by one employee at a time. Customers are given the phone number of the pager, which rings off the hook at all hours of the day and night. It rotates weekly. Don't expect to sleep much during your rotation.
