Rotating shifts. 12 hour shifts. Repetitive motion. Poor communication ( currently being addressed and improved)
A lot of change and mixed communication as they transition from 3M life , policies, and culture to Solventum. Positive changes and growth are coming down the pipeline, it’s just a big change all at once as they form their new business and culture.
