      Pros

      1. Opportunity for Growth: As a newly established company with strong backing, Solventum offers substantial opportunities for career advancement. 2. Stable Foundation: Despite being new, its connection to 3M's 80-year legacy provides credibility and stability in the market. 3. Remote Work Flexibility: The company promotes flexible schedules and allows for remote work which is beneficial for maintaining a good work-life balance. 4. Innovative Environment: There's an emphasis on creativity and employee involvement giving workers the chance to shape the company's future. 5. Positive Culture: It has collaborative and supportive work environment with leadership that values employee contributions.

      Cons

      1. Ongoing Setup: The company is still working on fully establishing itself which can lead to operational challenges and delays in decision-making. 2. Slow Processes: Given its connection to a large corporation I feel the internal processes can be slow and bureaucratic.

      Pros

I really enjoy the strong team culture here. Everyone is collaborative and genuinely supportive. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which makes me feel valued. There are great opportunities for career growth if you're proactive and willing to take initiative. I appreciate the innovative environment—it’s exciting to be part of a company that’s evolving so quickly. Communication is a big plus. I’ve found the transparency and openness refreshing.

      Cons

The fast-paced culture, while energizing, might not be for everyone—it can be overwhelming at times.

      Pros

Growing medical company with a lot of opportunities for growth and development and advancement. Good benefits, great pay, and job security if you’re a responsible hardworking employee. Currently expanding the facility with 200,000 feet of new manufacturing space and also expanding the warehouse and more with future expansion already planned. Great opportunity to build a great career for yourself.

      Cons

Rotating shifts. 12 hour shifts. Repetitive motion. Poor communication ( currently being addressed and improved) A lot of change and mixed communication as they transition from 3M life , policies, and culture to Solventum. Positive changes and growth are coming down the pipeline, it’s just a big change all at once as they form their new business and culture.

      Pros

New company after 3M split, but has much better C-suite management and good all around vibe. Pay and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

Not much to complain about. Career growth, development, and promotions can be difficult due to 3M's mindset.

      Pros

Very flexible and remote friendly, friendly people, Pay and benefits are great and definitely comparable to industry average

      Cons

Not much opportunity for growth/upward movement, limited resources for personal development, yearly budget cuts to marketing and travel budgets while leadership goes to international tradeshows and trips around the world to HQs, lots of finger pointing without anyone actually doing anything or making decisions. Lots of ambiguity still after the spin off and recent layoffs, which results in many of us not being able to do our jobs
