Very metrics driven, and you will get talked to if it is off by 1 or 2 per week. It’s all about quantity over quality. The owner thinks he is above everyone, and acts like he hires the best but it’s all lies. They will fire you without any chances to improve, their motto is “biggest and the best” In reality they fire over 10 in one year, and they do not care about their employees. The management are all puppets, and should be embarrassed that their departments are constantly firing. Also read your employer contract because they make you sing some ridiculous things.
