What are co-workers like at Spielworks?

Awesome people, really nice, wholesome atmosphere. Cool technology, lots of flexibility.

It's been said already - company is growing fast, not all processes are in place and sometimes things come out of the blue somewhat. People are aware of this though, if you have problems it's easy to raise them.

- You need to be comfortable with things getting hectic sometimes. There are no insane crunches like in the mainstream gamedev, but sometimes, things get tight - You need to be comfortable speaking up. Not to the point of confrontation, but voicing our concerns timely has been crucial for Spielworks in all its years of operation
