If you're early in your career, you might get to work on some good projects which are otherwise reserved for senior engineers. Reason being very unstructured process of development and releases. But that may work to your benefit for some time if you make yourself visible.
Cons
No long term gains, neither financially nor experience wise. Terrible tech infrastructure and steeply declining office environment.
