      Apart from salary being credited on time there's nothing good about this workplace.

      Cons

      Pathetic place to work. No worklife balance. Team leaders and Managers are not supportive at all. They would make your work even if you are hospitalized. No humanity. Managers lack basic managerial characteristics and act more like dictators. Even if you share valid medical documents for complete bed rest they expect you to work from home. And at times they expect you to work for 9 hours straight without a single break just to make there targets meet. Salary is quite low as compared to the work load. Employees should be treated as humans and not as mere robots. No growth opportunities. Very toxic work culture. Won't ever recommend anyone to join here. No mental peace at all.

      I gained strong experience using technology platforms and CRM systems, which enhanced my data-driven and organized approach. I worked with a motivated and energetic team. We helped each other meet goals and shared best practices regularly.

      Cons

      The work-life balance was often difficult to maintain due to extended hours and high daily targets. Processes and systems were sometimes unstructured or frequently changing, which made consistency a challenge. As it was a fast-growing startup, there were limited opportunities for structured career progression or role clarity at times. Internal communication across departments could be improved to reduce delays or misalignment in customer handling.
