Very minimum incentives, Working all 365 days is tiring, waiting for the next off is only for rest and you can't spend time with family as you'll be always tired. Very long locations from heart of city. Decreasing role value day by day, feels we are unnecessary, No proper shift end timings we will be working more than 10 hours. No support for employee discount. Very worst management and other operations team.
