This is the worst company you can work for. They use you for your sales and dump you right before commission payouts. Men are perverted and stare at your breasts all day. The men and women have no shame as they are all sleeping with one another even though they are married. Management cares so much about drama and your personal life & constantly creates drama & toxic environment. They scam their employees & clients. They are also racist to those who are not Indian. Also, they micromanage you to the max and treat you like a dog. They only like you if you’re selling well and as soon as you don’t you mean nothing to them. They want you to call constantly and beg customers to buy from you. Also, you will have no personal life working here. They will expect you to give your entire life to this company. There is no HR (the hr is the owner of the company LOL) they offer no benefits and take from you as much as they can and whenever they can. They smile to your face and talk behind your back, management included.
