How is management perceived at Stellar Innovations & Solutions?

My direct supervisor was very helpful and taught me a great deal about my job and IT in general.

After seeking a pay raise, I was ignored for months. A second ISSO, with zero experience, was then brought in at the same salary as I was making. Only after finding a new offer did management find time to discuss a pay raise and was still much less than my new offer. Management has lost many good workers because they refuse to give appropriate pay raises. They prefer to let long time employees go and hire new employees.
