Not a lot of career growth opportunities within company, benefits are subpar, PTO and Vacation policy allows for little time off , 401k not available, and commission policy leaves your take home unpredictable.

Terrible company. Terrible managers who don't give a crap about you or care about actually handling problems. Dealing with Terrible brown and black molded weed that has been remediated (that means they put the weed in a big microwave and hit it with radioactive waves to get the mold out) and 0 transparency. I wouldn't let my worst enemy smoke this weed

Very uptight about attendance (1 min late was a conversation) If you’re not with the in crowd, your experience working here might as well be non existent. Benefits suck

Toxic Management, Not a lot of ability to work your way up in the company, No loyalty even if you have high amounts of sales and are the number one seller.

Few and far between, they pay you on time but NEVER follow through with any additional promises.

Where to begin. Health, vision and dental should be a BARE MINIMUM in 2024, but HQ just cut vision, dental and life insurance. No 401k either. All the higher ups continue to profit off the work their employees put in and instead of investing in them, the force them to suffer while reaping all the benefits (literally and figuratively). They will make all sorts of promises and then never follow through, if it's not in your contract DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY. You will not receive a bonus, commission, raise or any other monetary compensation even if they say you will. It's all smoke and mirrors.
