Can very much be a who you know company. Since the company I worked for was acquired it’s been up and down. Sun isn’t afraid to cut ties with anyone. Despite that persons dedication to the people around them. Being a top performer doesn’t necessarily give you job security. Rub the wrong person the wrong way you’re gone. I’ve learned it’s best to let your performance do your talking. Fly under the radar and do the best you can for the folks around you.

The local staff and mgmt were great. Enjoyed my day to day work. But upper mgmt constantly finding ways to short mechanic wages. With one of the highest labor rates in the demographic area, you’d think they would be able to stop short changing their mechanics. It doesn’t matter if they offer 50$/hr when you can’t consistently flag hours. Whatever it takes to keep investors happy right? Squeezing every drop out of the turnip.
