How are career development opportunities at Swing Education?

Teammates cared deeply about the mission and about one another

- Layoffs happened every couple months which created a constant sense of anxiety - Promises from leadership about growth and reward did not align with reality - Despite consistently strong performance reviews, career progression and compensation plateaued

Very Flexible schedule, plenty experience teaching, IEPs, etc. Had a lot of permanent job offers.

Not much room for opportunity and growth. I have a sale's background and good reviews from school, I wasn't considered for a interview. Lack of bonus incentives and career development opportunities.

Just like the other review, I noticed that around march/ April they dropped the pay significantly?? Some requests are even below minimum wage and I’m confused why they’re even allowing that to happen. I just don’t understand what happened to them I did also have some negative run ins with staffing at some of the school and unfortunately swing will always take their side no matter what. I learned to just escalate the issues to the school district/ superintendents.
