Synapxe management is ineffective and there is a clear lack of leadership guidance. Senior leaders, especially in the H Cloud team, are disconnected from their teams and do not engage with or support their staff. Employees often feel their efforts go unrecognised, and there is little appreciation for hard work. HR is ineffective in resolving disputes, leaving most issues to be handled by reporting officers, which often leads to unfair outcomes. The workplace culture suffers as a result, with many staff feeling demotivated and unsupported. Overall, despite the benefits, the poor management and lack of employee engagement make Synapxe a difficult place to recommend.
