What are perks and other benefits like at Synapxe?

Good benefits for employees and top management is well focused to bring change.

Synapxe management is ineffective and there is a clear lack of leadership guidance. Senior leaders, especially in the H Cloud team, are disconnected from their teams and do not engage with or support their staff. Employees often feel their efforts go unrecognised, and there is little appreciation for hard work. HR is ineffective in resolving disputes, leaving most issues to be handled by reporting officers, which often leads to unfair outcomes. The workplace culture suffers as a result, with many staff feeling demotivated and unsupported. Overall, despite the benefits, the poor management and lack of employee engagement make Synapxe a difficult place to recommend.

Small group of people are not very helpful but that's normal.

Higher pay then other companies, good benefits

Management not understanding/too toxic. Complained about bosses to HR and HR reports back to bosses. Too political. Informed bosses of personal issues, replies was too personal and not understanding. Heartless management.

The work can be challenging and demanding, often requiring on-call support outside of regular hours.

Salary and Benefits are good, but management is oblivious that those are not the highest priorities of new-gen staff.

Senior Management seems to have changed their management style. Pushing down new policies and processes without giving any thoughts to how those affect staff morale, job scope , workload and productivity. Least bothered about people management side. 'Somehow Get it Done because I want it' seems to be the moto. Anything and everything is linked to KPIs and performance appraisal (scare tactic)

Knowledge transfer is bad in my opinion.

Most colleagues are nice, good bonus, pay, benefits.

No work life balance, long hours and working nights but not being appreciated. Too much work. Management don't understand your pain. Those who know how to talk and wayang can survive. Too many red tapes. Toxic culture and getting worse.
