      Business Outlook

      Pros

Stable company with good benefits including hybrid work experience, pension options and time-off work days.

      Cons

Rookie management with a focus on self-preservation, no incentive to progress career growth and limited understanding of the work completed.

Pay is good. Too much change.

      Pros

Good pay, decent benefits and vacation policy.

      Cons

There is too much change with no notice.

      Great Benefits and Pay

      Manager
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The benefits and pay are great. Best that I have experienced. Lots of extras like a LTI bonus after 3 years, 7% matching on your 401k even if you don't contribute, as well as 5% matching what you do contribute.

      Cons

The management team seem to change every year on what direction its going and therefore you are always expendable if you are not in the new managements plan for the group.

      Decent company

      Pros

Coworkers were great, good benefits, great variety of work.

      Cons

An awful lot of red tape to get answers.

      Good Company

      Former employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great company from the benefits to the culture

      Cons

Not a tope competitor in midstream.

      Great Place to learn

      Hr generalist
      Current contractor
      Calgary, AB
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

I started working as an intern and received a contract position. The team is really great and there's lots of room for development

      Cons

This company has a major hierarchy so it's hard to move up at all. No benefits at all for students (which is a struggle if you aren't working for 1-1.5 years).

      Great place to work

      Gas controller
      Current employee
      Calgary, AB
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Safety is super important, no blame, great benefits.

      Cons

Limited room to progress in salary unless you go into management. Management has high turnover.

      Square Perks in Round holes

      Integrity engineer & other
      Current employee
      Houston, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits overall and some nice coworkers

      Cons

There are pretty terrible managers who are essentially square perks in round holes. Unfortunately, I have a lead and a manager who are underserving by all measure in the role. Manager has neither asked a single technical question nor has he answered a single technical question. Lead plays a mind game by firstly, asking for your thoughts about a situation concerning the team yet he already has an (ineffective) plans he will ask you to follow. Basically micromanaging every atom of thoughts, process or action within the team.

job security, constant re-organization, lack of management skill

      Be prepared for constant change

      Current employee

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Fairly decent benefits package, although continues to change. Great team.

      Cons

Constant change, more work with less resources, always reducing overall benefits, no room for upward movement.
