Does TCS offer dental insurance?

Great benefits: health, life, dental, 401(k), etc

No stability - this is a huge change from several years ago. Current exec mgmt lays off without notice and without communication. Sick leave is terrible, with 5 days per year. Vacation leave is ok to start but never increases.

Good company, best medical coverage

Low package as per competition.
