How do employees feel about the referral program at TP?

      TP reviews

Great job to have but can be disorganized and fast-paced at times

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Fairly easy promotions, easy work-life balance, understanding leadership, decent PTO benefits and easy to utilize, plenty off days throughout the year from the holidays, maternity leave, FMLA, provides equipment and ships it to you if needed, good referral bonuses, and great work-from-home opportunities.

      Cons

High UHC employee medical benefits with high coinsurance/deductibles. Worked in many departments and it can be unorganized when there are so many quick changes all the time. Can be bounced around in different departments a lot with risk of involuntary termination if your line of business ends. Lack of communication between departments and sometimes with managements depending on where you work. Some coworkers are unprofessional or rude, no matter how many times they are encouraged to be positive. Low wages that don't match the economy. Each department has low pay no matter what position you are in, Most managers on down. HR is only there to jot your concerns down but they never help you. Most of the workers in HR, Technical team, and the TP hotline are not from this country it seems, so they never understand you and it's hard getting problems fixed or looked into.

      Pros

Friendly work environment with great boss and teammates in my case. The company seems to always have new clients and the referral bonuses are pretty high. There is annal dinner event with cool performance and good food. There is also FFFdance, FFFmusic and FFFart competition every year for employees to show their talents.

      Cons

There are no bad parts about working in this company as per my experience. It is an amazing place to work.

      Pros

Global Environment: Opportunity to work in a multicultural and international structure. Career Development: Internal promotion opportunities are available, especially for high performers. Training Support: Comprehensive training programs during onboarding and project transitions. Management Accessibility: Most team leads and managers are approachable and supportive. Hybrid/Remote Options: Certain projects offer flexible work arrangements depending on the client. Corporate Benefits: Meal cards, referral bonuses, and incentive programs for some roles. Performance Recognition: Regular feedback and recognition initiatives like “Employee of the Month”.

      Cons

Limited Team Stability: High turnover in certain departments can lead to training new team members frequently. Client Dependency: Experience can vary significantly depending on the client or project you are assigned to.

      Pros

Very easy hiring process. Basic customer service related questions. Easy to refer a friend. Referral bonus is given if they cross 3 months probation. 3 weeks intensive training before starting for the role. Typical call center job. No rocket science or hard calculations. Minimum wage

      Cons

Talking to angry abusive customers all day. You cannot hang up the call. No scope of growth in the company. No cultural events or activities. There are quality sessions twice a week about how nicely you should have talked to angry customers. Paid Vacation days are not approved over 5 days. There's is absolutely no bonus or incentive on excelling KPIs but if you underperform, they have disciplinary actions for it. You are not paid for bathroom brakes, as it is a "on-queue paid" based system
