How often do employees say they are paid at TP?

hiring process is quick, they give oportunities way more that other callcenters, pay on time.

pressure from top management to take calls faster while not lowering quality ,making metrics such as csat, handletime and other bonus metrics almost inpossible to reach unless youre perfect or have influence with QA

I was recently hired. So far everything is great. All the staff I have encountered that are connected with my line of business have been really helpful. They also have daily pay which for myself is a great option to help keep bills paid on time.

I don't have any cons.

Salary is paid on time, no overtime, amazing management (for my project), fully remote, good teamwork. No micromanaging.

Could be unstable sometimes, and the a lot of miss information or information that changes over the time without a proper communication with the team.

The housing is mostly decent, pay on time, wfh in some projects, steady schedule in some projects

Hr is notoriously difficult to get ahold of. They offer the base salary. Bonuses are usually difficult or impossible to get. In the best projects, you'll be bored with not much to do, feeling like a number in a spreadsheet, easily replaceable by anyone. In the worst projects, the conditions are dystopian, offering you little to no time off the computer, rolling shifts that make life almost unbearable. Housing is fine, but there is little care to fixing issues between flatmates, which are the most common. Only apply if you have no better prospects. Do not assume that you will ever be respected by the company or your superiors. You will always be treated as disposable, and with suspicion. There is no benefit in growing within the company.
