What is paid time off like at TP?

Fairly easy promotions, easy work-life balance, understanding leadership, decent PTO benefits and easy to utilize, plenty off days throughout the year from the holidays, maternity leave, FMLA, provides equipment and ships it to you if needed, good referral bonuses, and great work-from-home opportunities.

High UHC employee medical benefits with high coinsurance/deductibles. Worked in many departments and it can be unorganized when there are so many quick changes all the time. Can be bounced around in different departments a lot with risk of involuntary termination if your line of business ends. Lack of communication between departments and sometimes with managements depending on where you work. Some coworkers are unprofessional or rude, no matter how many times they are encouraged to be positive. Low wages that don't match the economy. Each department has low pay no matter what position you are in, Most managers on down. HR is only there to jot your concerns down but they never help you. Most of the workers in HR, Technical team, and the TP hotline are not from this country it seems, so they never understand you and it's hard getting problems fixed or looked into.

Great management, work from home opportunities, makes me feel accepted and that I can be myself, leadership cares about the employees and not just the business, great PTO and sick time benefits, lots of opportunities to make additional money for sales customer experts and leaders.

Sometimes too fast paced environment to easily keep up, workload hard to fit into scheduled times, raises need to be more.

Named a Top 5 Place to Work in 2023! New leadership is fully and positively invested in all employees from their work experience to home life. Pay has increased and bonus structure modified. Benefits, paid time off, and work flexibility are getting better each year and are planned to be better in the next years as well. Employees working in office get free ice every day all day. Employee appreciation events and awards are great. Employee recognition for birthdays and workiversaries is a big deal. Training for growth opportunities is growing. Overhauling sites to make them safer, more fun, and more comfortable. Focus on environmental issues and sustainability is a priority.

Although a work in progress, insurance for some employees is still higher than their ability to pay for certain plans.

The job is not very difficult, it's pretty routine. Resources are provided for us to research any issues we may have. There's also live help through Teams chats.

Systems crash frequently, causing issues and delays with call resolutions. Holidays are not paid, to get full check, we have to use PTO hours or work overtime for rest of the week.

I enjoy working for this company simply because it works with my personal life in regard to work/life balance, PTO is decent, raises are there until you max out. The environment is much more calm then going to work in a facility. I will definitely be working here for a long time.

They are not giving us our half amount of PTO up front this coming year. That's a huge disappointment.
