Family culture is not prevalent for many teams

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a great culture and a dedicated fan base that makes it worth it even if the team if losing. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hire from within and promote employees often which makes you want to only work harder for them. The Bucs are very forward thinkers and they appreciate and encourage their female employees.

Parking at the this facility is not the best and it takes forever to get out of there after a game. 1 o'clock games can be very hot depending on the time of the year. Stay hydrated!

Some late nights/working weekends, but it comes with job

- great people -fun environment -not a stuffy work culture

-can be very disorganized - depending on the department, there is not a lot of support and hard to move up -decisions come down to a personal feeling of those at top

Culture is VERY dependent on which department you are in and which Chief you report too. Half the company loves their jobs, and the other half of us cry me get told we are stupid on the daily.
