Pros
For most employees here, it is their first job out of college. There are many sociable young recent college grads which makes for a upbeat non-stuffy environment.
Cons
This is a super high turnover position. One of the managers told me it's roughly every 6 months that 50% of the "recruitment consultants" have been fired or quit.
There is a good amount of change that determines any success. It is probably 1%, or even less, of a given group of 100 recruitment consultants who will go on to make any decent money/ attain a respectable living from this job/company. Those who do are well-compensated but DO NOT take this job thinking it will be you. It is almost all chance. This job should be viewed as a stepping stone to a real company with a real salary and real benefits etc. Ideally you would not take this job unless it is your first one. Do not be sold on the "the sky is the limit" speeches they give. Work for a year and get out.
The office culture is very party/college/fratty. Lots of people in the office hook up/have hooked up with each other. It is very common and happens on a regular basis following the office functions at bars. The managers are really into drinking and strongly encouraging the employees to drink.
Ultimately, I liked two of my three supervisors/bosses.
