Everything and anything related to management, DON is manipulative and shouldn’t even work for this company with license being suspended. They will lie to fit their narrative and don’t support staff nurses. favoritism is shown immensely if you don’t stroke their egos. turnover rate is high but they will try to fire you before you quit

Working with clients and forming bonds with them is encouraged. If you are practicing a recovery program, sharing your experience, strength and hope can be a rewarding experience.

Most people in the BHT role just sit around occupying their time with non work-related activities instead of performing necessary tasks. This tends to put a heavy burden on those who take their jobs seriously which results in them being saddled with picking up the slack thereby hindering them from the enjoyment of caring for the clients.
