Pros
Benefits were fine, disappointed that there wasn't any employee discount
Cons
At least where I worked, there were very cliquey groups based in your department. The MET team I was in was to the point of being antagonistic to newbies. -- I had to leave for a medical-related emergency during lunch and I rushed back. However, after lunch is flat stacking-fixing the lumber area which shouldn't be our job by the way. Regardless was unable to lift the wood so I talked with some of my coworkers to check if it was okay, as the supervisor was out, and sat for a bit. But another coworker, who would yell at me specifically, yelled at me about sitting even though I cleared it with the others and it was only for 3 minutes.
Later the Supervisor called me in after they returned and had a discussion about time, which sure. But they did not care about the why or that I talked with my coworkers about it. My supervisor did the "you're lucky, I'm not reporting you for time stealing--that's as bad as walking out with one of our products, but I am going to note that we talked about time" like I was a child despite being a full-grown adult with previous work experience and didn't have an issue with time before that.
There were a few other instances of hazing that I won't go into. Lots of negative gossiping.
It was also difficult to do our job with few customer service people, forcing us to have to help guests and delay our work. Supervisor and teammates focused more on doing bays than underlining tasks like scanning which would delay work and cause problems for customers, due to a pay by bay system.
