Hybrid/Remote work available, decent pay, holiday pay, good benefits.

Little to no training. Management does not know what they're doing. People cry and are stressed. Work is overbearing. Lots of errors need to be cleaned up daily.

There is little micro managing but recently getting worse.

No structure, too focused on systems instead of industry knowledge. Health benefits are awful, 401 k contribution is minimal. No room for growth.

Benefits Pto package Work from home is a possibility

It's unfortunate to see, but this business has been in decline for a few years now. Baffling decisions have been made - no communication from managers. Things are always cobbled together last minute. Most of the employees were laid off or found work elsewhere. Here is hoping they turn it around in the future.
