Pros
Decent pay, get paid to travel, they paid perdiem, hotels, and travel time. Pretty easy job, worked night shift. Alot of paid days off. Good benefits
Cons
They are not personal at all. U don't even see your supervisor very much at all, who by the way is so over run that she doesn't know anyone's name , they care more about what goes on at the hotel then they do the job site. Once they decide to separate your employment they won't even answer any questions. They just tell u to call HR and submit a ticket and talk to someone who knows nothing about you or your work ethic and they just made me feel like I had no right to ask why they were letting me go. Btw I was fired for " allegedly smoking cigs in my hotel room" and I don't smoke! When I checked in my room smelt like smoke and I let the front desk know to avoid that and it happened anyways and when I heard from my manager she wouldn't even hear me out or talk to the hotel about it. I loved the job but don't agree with how they handled my situation.
They also let people check into the hotel and then no call no show all week keep their jobs!
