What is the company culture at Thrive Chicago (IL)?

I’m loving the team culture and experience here, it’s definitely not a job for everyone but if you work hard, you will get the job down, plus there is a lot of growth, since I’ve been here I’ve seen multiple promotions from sales to leadership

Some meetings are earlier in the morning

They went above and beyond to help me the perfect figure out what I wanted within my career. I was very impressed with the quality of the training I received and the work culture.

Some benefits are not available until after 6 months.

Obvious positive team culture, growth opportunity offered like no where else, hard work is rewarded, merit based promotions, travel, mentorship, team bonding nights, $1200+ weekly paychecks for hard workers

Not really a con for someone who wants the growth, but they will be honest with you. They're invested in your growth if you are!

One thing that really stands out is the team culture outside of work. The team nights and events make it fun to get to know everyone and build real friendships, not just work relationships. It creates an environment where you actually enjoy coming to work and being around your coworkers. Management does a good job of keeping the team motivated and recognizing hard work, and there are good opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort. Overall, it’s a fun, fast-paced place to work with a strong culture and a team that makes the job enjoyable.
