There are areas where TopHire could further enhance the employee experience. At times, the workload can be demanding, and while this is common in fast-paced industries, it can occasionally impact work-life balance. More initiatives around mindfulness and wellness — such as meditation sessions or wellness days — could help support overall employee well-being. Additionally, while the paid leave policy is reasonable, adding a few extra days or vacation-specific leave could offer more opportunities for employees to rest and recharge.
