Call Centre Job disguised as TA with micromanagement!

      Talent acquisition specialist
      Former employee
      Bengaluru
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      -Salary on time -Learning curve

      Cons

This is my absolute honest review. -Extreme micromanagement. To the point that each task and your day have to be reported to manager. Even if you aren't active for 5 mins on slack, you have to explain yourself to your manager!! -Its only their way: Process is almost dictator like, no freedom of implementing new things. Stupid rules and endless calling. -Calling: If you join new, your only job is calling. Actually, your whole job is calling for 8+ hours. -You are expected to work 9+ hours. -Every little mistake, even missing a '.' Can turn into a baseless escalation.
