I'm honestly lucky to work with a company with such few drawbacks. Retail management always has its ups and downs with hours or finding good staff but it's all within our control to recruit and hire the right people for the position.

I work for Tradehome in the Blaine and Roseville locations. Tradehome is an amazing company to work for. Great benefits, great leaders, and a company ran by people that care about you as a person rather than as an employee number. Job is super easy, I get to talk to different people everyday and have a good time.

I don't have a lot of cons for this job, if you're willing to learn theyre willing to teach you! You do have to move around alittle bit to be able to move up!

The job gives you a lot of freedom as a manager which can be the best/worst thing depending on the person. Great benefits being an ESOP and making way more on average than similar jobs elsewhere. The people up top seem for the most part to care about you and want to help you flourish and succeed. You are able to advance up quickly if you want to put the work in.

We continue to be archaic in certain aspects of the job and the managers are required to do tedious and sometimes unnecessary tasks which they continue to add to as time goes it seems. Being a performance based company obviously makes sense for a business but it rewards dishonesty and makes overall integrity go down. Reward customer feedback not numbers on a sheet.
