Support System Like No Other! Everyone earns their spot in this company. Even from our Home Office to our General Managers in store we were once a part timer, Sales Lead, or Assistant Manager. THIS IS WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL! For other reviews saying some regional supervisors are hired because of DEI is an absurd statement. This regional supervisor ran one of our biggest locations/ Mall of America, and killed it. This supervisor is also very knowledgeable and well versed in every training/conversation I have had with him. Just like any other company we do have our obligations, and if you do not perform well at these over time it will be told to you. Beings that we are a performance based company, you are promoted based on how well you perform. If you want a company that is going to reward you off your work ethic, Tradehome is the place for you. DO NOT COME TO TRADEHOME IF YOU DO NOT HAVE GOOD SELF DISCIPLINE. Our home office and supervisors allow us to run our stores as if they are our own because we are Employee Owned.
Cons
Longer work hours during holiday season. You do have to move on your promotions. This can be a pro or con for some! I love it! Some don’t like the move. It is hard for some people to up and move their life.
