What is the salary like at Twin Health?

The pay is good and so are the benefits they offer unlimited PTO

There is an extreme amount of favoritism passive aggressiveness. Passing down job responsibilities. No recognition no appreciation.

Too many to count! Excellent team, ALL employees are involved in company, fantastic executive team who are transparent, pay is excellent, benefits are excellent, flexibility, great patient cohort... I could keep going

Growing too fast without keeping high standards for quality Product (the Twin) is very flawed which makes for a lot of frustration with members and reduces quality and trustworthiness

It's fully remote and has a decent salary.

Verbal abuse and gaslighting from other teams is the norm here. Leadership favorites can fail to complete their work, but leadership blames other members for their failures. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs in the last 18 months. They don't believe in performance plans, so if one of the leadership favorites has a problem with you, your job is the one at risk- even if they're the ones who aren't completing their task, and even if it's clearly documented via email and meeting minutes that they're in the wrong.

Great benefits reasonable hours great pay each day is different really making a difference in people's lives

sometimes the processes change quickly on the job once you've already gotten use to one.
