Some questionable hires and promotions. Some areas within the head office are hard to work with.

Great benefits Deep Agricultural roots Great connection to the Ag community in Alberta Frequent utilization of flex days was strongly encouraged I felt like my role was important, and my contributions were meaningful for the business and the clients.

Some Senior managers were out of touch with agriculture, as well as the purpose and responsibilities of some of the teams they were leading. This led to some conflict and unrealistic expectations based on lack of understanding of production methods as well as ability for growth. (this may have improved since I left, I would *not* discourage someone from applying to this organization). Too many managers with little to do, which led to micromanaging at times.
