Cons
Some Senior managers were out of touch with agriculture, as well as the purpose and responsibilities of some of the teams they were leading. This led to some conflict and unrealistic expectations based on lack of understanding of production methods as well as ability for growth. (this may have improved since I left, I would *not* discourage someone from applying to this organization).
Too many managers with little to do, which led to micromanaging at times.
